Registration rules

- IEEE member rates: Valid IEEE membership and supporting proof are required.
- Student rates: A valid student ID or official proof of enrollment is required. The current conference policy specifies the student must be first author.
- Paper coverage: One standard paper registration covers one accepted paper. Additional papers use the extra-paper fee subject to committee rules.
- Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only after the committee has verified registration information and payment evidence.
- Refund policy: The currently published conference policy states that registration fees are non-refundable.
- Attendee category: The current site specifies an electronic certificate and access to electronic proceedings, subject to distribution arrangements.
